About Me
Hi, I’m Mishela 👋
I’m a medical doctor with master in translational medicine, helping people feel better at work — and still have energy left at the end of the day.
I work mostly with remote and hybrid teams, supporting healthier habits, better balance, and sustainable performance. And while much of my work is online, I’m also just one train, plane, or bike ride away from meeting you in person for one-to-one sessions or workshops.
My approach is preventive and practical, focused on what people can realistically maintain — not quick fixes or wellness trends.
Based in Valencia, Spain, I work with companies and individuals internationally, offering sessions in English, Spanish, and other languages as needed.
Why do I do this?
Beyond the obvious “yes, this is my job,” I genuinely believe work can be productive and enjoyable. That people can feel good in their bodies and minds during the workday — and still come home with enough energy to walk the dog, meet friends, or simply enjoy their evening without needing to recover from work first.

2. Are your programs suitable for remote and hybrid teams?
Yes. All programs are designed to work fully online, making them ideal for remote-first, hybrid, and international teams. Content and interventions are adapted to employees’ work type (sedentary, physical, shift-based, remote work) and company needs. In-person workshops can also be organized when required.
3. Are the services provided online or in person?
Most services are delivered online, including digital wellbeing programs, consultations, and workshops. In-person workshops, sessions, or corporate wellbeing events can also be organized upon request, depending on location and specific client needs.
4. How do pricing and packages work?
Services are offered through a monthly digital starter package, hourly consultations, workshops, or/and fully customized programs. Pricing depends on factors such as service type (digital or in-person), duration, number of participants, and level of customization. A personalized proposal is always provided before starting any collaboration.
